Hello Kellogg Panthers, 
My name is Mrs. Soto and this is my 1st year as the School Counselor here at Kellogg Polytechnic Elementary! I am so excited to be here and work with you and your little ones. Though this is my 1st year as an Elementary School Counselor, I have been within Pomona Unified School District for a total of 5 years and working in the school setting for a total of 8 years. My passion is helping students grow in their social/emotional, academic, and college/career journey. As a School Counselor my role is to serve as an advocate for our Panthers to ensure equity, access, and success in their emotional and educational journey.
