Dear Kellogg Parents,
I hope this finds you all healthy. I know it is a strange time we are all experiencing, but please know that we will do our best to support you and our panthers through this. Please make sure that you have added yourself to my google classroom through your child/ children’s google account. I will be posting as much information as possible on the google classroom for Kellogg Parents. Please check this on a regular basis, I will do my best to provide you with updated information. Please note, even though we are not returning to school on April 6th in the traditional sense. We are providing online instruction to your students starting April 6th. The district provided some support while we were out so that your children had access to some online learning. While your children were engaged with the platforms we could provide, teachers were having professional development via zoom meetings. So, they will begin to reach out the week of April 6th and start with online “teaching”. Please support us and ensure that your children are doing the following; they have signed onto their teachers google classroom (that’s where teachers will be communicating with their students), they do the work that will be assigned to them, and they participate in the zoom classroom sessions that teachers will be providing (students get a link to join the zoom session, they need to click on the link so that the can join the class session). Our teachers have worked hard the last few weeks to support our students, and we don’t want our students to fall behind while we are experiencing these unprecedented circumstances. So, please help us so that we can continue to work as a team to support our Panthers!
